We carefully package all of our glass candles to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item, along with your order number and contact details.
  • We will either issue a refund or send a replacement candle free of charge.

Non-Damaged Returns

If you wish to return a candle for reasons other than damage or defect:

  • Candles must be in their original packaging and unused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product cost, excluding shipping fees.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged candle and wish to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days.
